here's how it works
Our entire process runs remotely — most clients collect their finished piece without us ever having met in person. Here's what to expect from first message to final build.

Step 01
Tell us what you need
Send us the details of what you're looking for — the more context, the better. We'll use this to assess feasibility and put together a quote.
What helps most: the room it's going into, how you'll use it day-to-day, any reference photos or sketches you've saved, your rough budget range, and your ideal timeline. Don't worry if you're not sure about everything — that's what the next step is for.

Step 02
We assess & suggest materials
We'll look at what you've shared, check if the build is feasible, and suggest the most suitable wood species and finish for your needs and budget. We'll then send you a quote for your consideration.
Good to know: different wood types have different price points, grain patterns, and durability levels. We'll explain the options and help you choose — no jargon, no pressure.

Step 03
We provide a 3D drawing for confirmation
Before we cut a single piece of wood, you'll get a 3D drawing of your build for review. This is your chance to adjust dimensions, tweak the design, or confirm everything looks exactly right.
Why this matters: this step protects you. Once you approve the 3D drawing and we proceed to build, changes become difficult and costly. Take your time here.

Let us cook
Once you've approved the drawing, our team gets to work. We'll keep you updated on progress and reach out if anything needs clarification during the build.
Build time varies depending on complexity, size, and our current order queue. We'll give you an estimated timeline upfront so you can plan accordingly.

Step 05
Ready for collection!
Your piece is done — come collect it from our workshop in Plaza Kelana Jaya. For larger builds, we can discuss delivery arrangements. Either way, you'll leave (or receive) something built specifically for you.
First-time visitor? Our workshop is at F-8-1, Plaza Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya. Many of our clients collect their piece and that's the first time we meet in person — and it's always a good moment.

💡 A note on budget
Custom solid wood furniture is built by hand, from real materials, to your exact specifications — it is not the same as flat-pack or mass-produced furniture, and it isn't priced the same way either.
That said, we work with a range of budgets and will always try to suggest the most suitable material and approach for what you have in mind. Share your budget range honestly — even a rough ballpark helps us point you in the right direction, and means we won't quote you something you never intended to spend.
If there's a gap between what you're imagining and what your budget allows, we'll tell you plainly — and we'll try to suggest alternatives that get you as close as possible.
